OEB26 Tech Audit
I’m planning a pre-conference workshop Authentic Storytelling with Phones in Berlin on 2 December 2026 and need people to set up specific apps on their phones or tablets beforehand.
Participants should set up and log into these apps with their own accounts:
- Ensure you download the official OpenAI version of Chat GPT from App Store or from Google Play
- Claude.ai on App Store (requires iOS 18) or Google Play (requires Android 10 or higher)
- Google Drive from App Store or Google Play
- Google Gemini from App Store or Google Play
- Kahoot to be used for prize-winning time-limited quizzes!
- Notion from App Store or Google Play
Also download but do not log into the Magisto app from the App Store or from Google Play. We will share an account with a password offered during the workshop.
Participants should also set up accounts with either Voice Record Pro (iOS app with a vintage microphone as part of the logo) or HiQ Mp3 (free/demo version on Android with the simple logo below).
We need to use the free versions of these audio recording apps. Workshop materials show how to map their recorded content to the shared Google Drive workspace during OEB26. Once registered for the workshop, participants should contact me for Drive access.

This Hands-on workshop will be a lively interactive session with generous amounts of peer learning.
