Big fan of Veed

veed.io

I first heard about VEED.io during an edtech conference in 2025 when a lecturer praised its ability to correct his eyes when they wandered off camera. Now my positive opinion is reinforced after discovering I can upload my own clips, edit them, and enhance my on-camera style.

I found out I can upload my own footage (like MP4 files from my glasses) into my VEED workspace. This requires a paid account.

I can also create new clips on the fly through VEED's screen recording. This happens directly inside my browser.

Once my clips are in the editor, I can trim them, merge multiple clips together, add text, generate automatic subtitles, or combine my original footage with elements from Veed's stock library.

According to Veed's terms and conditions, I retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to the content I upload. VEED.io's Terms of Service state that users own their uploaded content; the platform simply processes the files so I can edit, host, and export finished videos.
