Newsrounds with mobile phones
Knowing that many Irish radio stations draw their Monday content from the Sunday papers, I bought a Sunday Times in Ireland and selected a half dozen items worth sharing. I used to create Sunday newsrounds with a Nokia mobile phone, using Qik. Today Qik is owned by Vimeo where the handheld video clip that I made below is hosted.
Compare the resolution of the video made with my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 camera above to the best quality I got with Qik running on my Nokia camera in the YouTube clip. I liked the robust Nokia phones that I've owned like the Nokia E7 that created many of the Qik clips I made between 2010-2012
